Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are prepared by our team, so contact us as on a possible if you want to do so. If the item has already been despatched ( A fulfillment confirmation email will be sent to you) then our return policy does apply.

 

Exchanges and Returns
If for any reason your item is not suitable, we are happy for you to return it to us. A refund or exchange can be given provided that all goods are returned in a resalable condition.

Please be advised that our company only handles after-sales service for products purchased from www.santic.com.au. As Santic distributors operate independently, we are unable to provide after-sales service for products purchased from other channels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please confirm that the product was purchased from www.santic.com.au before sending it to us for after-sales service. Thank you.

If you need to return or exchange a product, please send it back to us via Australia Post's parcel service and include a note with your order number and the service you require, such as:

'#SA2500, product quality issue (broken zipper) please return for refund'

or

'#SA2600, size not suitable, please exchange for XL size and return with your name, mobile phone number and address.'

Please note that if the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and refund the full amount to your payment method. If the return is for any other reason, such as an incorrect size, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Please include a prepaid satchel in the package for us to process your request as quickly as possible.

Upon completion of the return, you will receive an Email notification of the refund. In the case of an exchange, we will send the tracking number of the satchel to your phone via text message.
